Learn about different ways to reclaim, revitalize, strengthen, and maintain Indigenous languages.

All across Canada, there are communities, organizations, educational institutions, and individuals committed to reclaiming, revitalizing, strengthening, and maintaining their languages. The Commission recognizes the extensive work to date and the language tools developed.

Over the coming months, the Commission will make available and/or provide links to language tools to assist individuals, communities, groups, and organizations in their Indigenous language efforts.
